Ainoa Suven Taika Strawberry Dessert Wine is now available in Alko

Last year Ainoa Suven Taika became the first fruit wine in the world to win a gold medal at the Mondial du Rosé competition in France. Today you can enjoy it at home with ice cream, milk chocolate, caramel desserts, or tiramisu.
The Finnish strawberries are extraordinary: fresh, sweet, and bursting with flavor. But it is difficult to turn them into wine while keeping that special character. It took Ainoa Winery 12 years of effort to develop the right vinification methods and to find the right strawberries to use. We were fortunate to move to Lahti where we met strawberry grower Vesa Koivistoinen, who selects the ideal fruit for the wine. Grown locally, it provided the perfect intensity which is imparted to the finished wine.
A year after proving itself one of the best wines in the world, Ainoa Suven Taika is finally available across Finland. Anyone can now purchase bottles from Alko, which has added the wine to its general selection, so every Alko shop in Finland has the ability to stock it.
